Urban Art Hall Spandau The HALL is a Spandau project whose aim is to promote Urban Art in its diverse spectrum and to support artists in the implementation and realization of their ideas and projects. One can understand it as a mix of "Graffiti Hall" and a constantly changing "gallery". A place where international artists meet to work together and fill the old post office area with creative output.
