Stephan Van Kuyk
About the artist:
Born in 1988 in Basel, Switzerland, young artist Stephan Van Kuyk stands out for his strongly multicultural background. Influences of numerous places he had been living at - among others the Netherlands, Brazil, Argentina, New Zeeland and eventually Berlin - the artist’s style is defined by a mix of street and pop art with focus on print graphic, pop-culture subjects and the color pink. His artworks speak the universal language of the joy of living and, at times, that of a light provocation with a witty touch.
