We - "Die kulturellen Erben" - are a registered social association in Berlin, which was founded in 2013. The roots lie in the then cult hip-hop shop DOWNSTAIRS, an art-creating place. Already in the 90s, the pioneers of Berlin Hip Hop culture met there and exchanged ideas. We have taken care of the cultural heritage of this place: Our association focuses on social projects for and with residents of the Schöneberger & Kreuzberger district, so that the cultural authenticity of the neighbourhood is preserved.
