GlogauAIR

GlogauAIR is a unique, non-profit cultural institution with Artist In Residence in Berlin. As an interdisciplinary interface, GlogauAIR promotes internationally oriented artistic creation as well as dialogue between Berlin and the resident artists who expand their artistic practice here and open up to new materials, formats and styles. The manifold GlogauAIR events are an important part of the exchange: Open studio events, workshops, art talks, music and video art festivals, etc.
Located near the 'Dreiländereck', where three Berlin districts meet with a pulsating creative scene (Kreuzberg, Neukölln, Alt-Treptow), we want to establish ourselves as a community meeting place for various artists, initiatives, projects and collectives. All this is also reflected in the core values of GlogauAIR, founded by Chema Alvargonzalez in 2006: openness and receptivity to new ideas, integration of international and local approaches, and perspectives on contemporary art.
