FROM VISION TO REALITY: The vision of a nucleus for the international urban art community became reality just under a year ago – – the URBAN NATION MUSEUM FOR URBAN CONTEMPORARY ART has opened its doors.

Based on the concept of the artistic direction Yasha Young the foundation Berliner Leben stands behind the project Urban Nation which was founded by Gewobag in 2013.

Since 2013, URBAN NATION has been transforming Berlin’s facades into a huge outdoor gallery, connecting people with their city through outdoor art and integrating neighbourhood projects.
